A warm welcome at Kilimanjaro International Airport from your professional safari guide, a short briefing, then transfer to the Arusha Serena Hotel on the tranquil shores of Lake Duluti — beautiful gardens and quiet to recover from the journey.

A guided morning in Tanzania's safari capital explores local markets, the Cultural Heritage Centre, artisan shops and city landmarks, with lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant. In the afternoon, an optional coffee tour is available at an additional cost of US$40 per person.

After breakfast, start a full-day game drive on the endless plains with a picnic lunch, ranging between wildlife-rich areas in search of the Big Five and the extraordinary diversity that makes the Serengeti the world's premier safari destination.

Leaving the Serengeti, pause at a traditional Maasai village — dances, bomas, and time with elders of one of East Africa's most iconic communities — then continue with a picnic lunch to the Ngorongoro rim and your lodge with its spectacular panoramic views.

Descend early into the magnificent crater for a morning game drive — black rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, zebra and clouds of birds. Continue to Acacia Farm Lodge for lunch and a leisure afternoon, with optional activities available around the lodge.

Visit Mto wa Mbu for a cultural tour and local lunch, then continue to Tarangire for an afternoon game drive among giant baobabs and elephant herds. The Tarangire River draws lion, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, eland, impala and abundant birdlife.

A final full day on safari — morning and afternoon game drives with lunch at the lodge in between, exploring different sections of the park for predators, elephants and Tarangire's celebrated landscapes.

After breakfast, drive to Arusha and stop for lunch before continuing to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international departure — carrying home memories of newborn wildebeest, hunting cheetah and the short-grass plains in bloom.
